VIRTUALhaus is an Austin, TX based startup, building a Sales and Visualization Platform for the Modern Enterprise. As we need to closely guard our product until release and are currently in stealth mode, you will be able to find out more about what we are building during the interview process.

We’re currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to lend their experience and expertise to the management of our internal and external project portfolios. Projects range from workflow optimizations to SaaS projects, each requiring varying levels of attention. You are a highly organized self-starter who takes action without needing much direction. You thrive off of the fast pace of a startup environment and are excited to be a part of building a business from the ground up.
THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL:
Work alongside the Founders, Chief of Staff, and Chief Technology Officer to assess project requirements/information to create executable, organized project plans.
Effectively steer and manage resources for our go-to-market launch.
Lead stand-ups to check-in on project progress, redirect resources and ensure maximum efficiency.
Monitor internal and external projects to ensure adherence to project scope and timeline.
Provide resource planning recommendations.
Create and assign Project Plan action items in WMS (ClickUp).
THE PROJECT MANAGER SHOULD:
Have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience
Have advanced experience utilizing ClickUp
Have experience utilizing Jira
Have experience working with startups and small teams
Be experienced in project planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and working with Project Owners.
Understand how to bring value to a business (internal and external).
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
