As a global and remote team, our hiring process is less traditional. We prefer to get creative and have fun, which means ditching resumes and cover letters.  And it works! 🤩

While this process is how we hire new team members 90% of the time, our approach can slightly differ from time to time as we're always experimenting and improving. We’ll always make sure to clearly inform you about the next steps and expectations.

Round 1 - Apply

- We aim to review applications within a week and provide updates to all applicants.

Round 2 - Task
- If you progress, you'll receive a unique test assignment.
- Showcase your expertise and align your skills with the role's demands.
- Each task comes with a completion deadline and feedback if necessary.

Round 3 - HR Interview
- We'll arrange a friendly chat to get to know each other better.
- This is your chance to ask questions and ensure our values align.
- All interviews are recorded, with your permission.

Round 4 - Team Lead Interview
- If you're a great match, you'll have an in-depth conversation with the team leader.
- Explore the role's intricacies and clarify any questions you might have.

Round 5 - Final Decision
- If we're a match, you'll receive an offer and officially join our team.
- We strive to provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- If you're not selected this time, we'll inform you.
