We Work Remotely is the best place to hire remote talent and find remote jobs since 2013.
We are a small remote team comprised of friendly individuals. Our focus is on creating a welcoming environment where everyone's well-being is valued, regardless of their work location, hours, or working style.
Our hiring philosophy is centered around fostering a positive work culture. We prioritize individuals who demonstrate kindness, integrity, and effectiveness in their roles. Rather than micromanaging, we promote a culture of trust, autonomy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
At our core, we are passionate about remote work, building vibrant communities, and promoting inclusivity in employment opportunities. We believe in an outcome-driven approach, balancing hard work with a supportive work-life balance and a culture of trust.
Here are a few key aspects about us:
- Mission-Driven: We believe that remote and hybrid work are not temporary trends but the future of work. Our mission is to help employers discover exceptional talent while fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Asynchronous Communication: We heavily support asynchronous work processes and prioritize written communication. We hold weekly staff meetings and encourage all team members to document and share ideas using tools like Notion.
- Growth Mindset: Our goal is to facilitate connections between outstanding companies and talented individuals, unlocking the potential of the future of work. We are constantly exploring innovative ways to support our customers and candidates in achieving a fulfilling balance between life and work.
