Customer Success Representative at Mothership

Mothership Foundation is looking for a Customer Success Representative to help build and scale Customer Success operations. As Customer Success Representative at the Mothership Foundation, you are responsible for building world-class Customer Success relations. You will be in charge of daily duties such as proactively helping users and solving problems, updating our knowledge base, and making sure that our users are happy. 


  • Manage, prioritize, and respond to incoming messages relating to Mothership, Genesis and Exchange 
  • Identify common trends within received messages to predict issues and bugs 
  • Monitor transactions occurring on the platform, identify fraudulent activity, correct transfers when needed 
  • Prioritize incoming reports to identify which issues and bugs require immediate attention 
  • Learn to become the voice of the company when facing the customers 
  • Making sure the Knowledge Base is up to date at all times 
  • Work to achieve and retain high standards in Customer Support/Success 
  • Back up other Customer Success team members if and when needed


  • Great with people and have a knack at explaining tech related things in a simple way 
  • Quick to master a subject and transfer the knowledge to others 
  • Ability to empathize with and educate customers about digital currencies and trading 
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, able to work independently and remotely 
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills in English 
  • Passion for digital currency and interested in building the digital currency community 
  • A natural born problem solver, you don’t stop until a problem is solved! 
  • Quickly recognise security issues 
  • Be punctual and honor your schedule 
  • Great sense of humor 
  • Bonus points: Experience dealing with time pressured tasks and high value accounts 
  • Bonus points: Experience with financial services or digital currency/blockchain tech 
  • Bonus points: Customer Success experience 
  • Bonus points: You are fluent in a foreign language other than English


  • Both of the Mothership founders are engineers with a solid background in web and mobile app development. You'll be able to collaborate with them and learn a lot.
