Overview of the Role
This is a fully remote position. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the remotely-based Inbound Sales Team. The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales through the coaching and development of inside sales representatives. The Inside Sales Supervisor will train and mentor sales staff to ensure best practices are implemented to achieve success in reaching company objectives. Huge opportunity for growth! 


  • Responsible for leading a team of 3 to 5 inside sales representatives
  • Monitor, track and report team performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Identify skill gaps and provide personal ongoing support and feedback
  • Support leadership’s vision to build and develop an effective and high performing team
  • Assist representatives with difficult or escalated calls by possessing a high level of product knowledge and process expertise
  • Supervise the workflow of team members
Desired Skills and Experience

Must Have:
  • 2-3 years experience in supervising a successful sales team
  • Available 8am - 5pm PST Full-Time
  • Proven leader in a sales environment
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales, negotiation and closing techniques
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in construction or home improvement industry
  • Experience managing remote teams
