Sales Development Representative (SDR)

42Floors is looking for a motivated remote SDR to join our team!

We need someone who is ready to jump on the phone and talk to commercial real estate brokers about 42Floors. You will call leads from our database - no need to prospect your own list, and sign them up to demo our 42Floors Elite product.  

42Floors was established in 2011 with the goal of making it easier to find office space online. We work with brokerages across the country to get their listings up on the site and make them accessible to tenants looking for space. We have a great remote culture.  Our sales team lives all over the country, and works from home. Sound interesting? We would love for you to join!

Sales Development Representative

  • Responsible for setting appointments for our Account Executives

  • Make a minimum of 60 calls/day

  • Compensation is $15/hour plus commission for each qualified appointment that occurs

  • The all-in On-Track Earnings for this position is $3,000-$4,000 per month

  • You will work primarily out of SalesLoft, a sales automation software platform that you will absolutely love!  

Requirements:

  • Ability to make a high volume of quality calls and emails with unrelenting energy

  • Easily pick up new technologies.  If you are not self-sufficient with computers, this position is not for you.

  • Have a capable computer and steady internet connection that supports using our Voice-Over-IP internet-calling software.  25mb down and 5 mb up is the minimum.  Check your own internet connection at speedtest.net.
