- 10+ years of software engineering experience demonstrating an ability to adapt to new technology stacks
- An understanding of the importance of code reviews and effective collaboration with other senior developers
- Experience of Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of ticketing/task management systems (e.g. Linear, Github Issues, Gitlab etc)
- Strong grasp of TDD and automated testing, paired with a pragmatic approach to delivering working code
- Substantial DevOps experience including CI/CD design and implementation
- Excellent written communication skills to facilitate effective asynchronous/remote working
- Experience in product strategy and roadmap development
