Imagine an Account Executive role where you can focus on doing what you do best; closing deals with the #1 solution in the space. As an Account Executive at GRIN, you'll play the role of a strategic detective, delving into the intricacies of our clients' businesses, understanding their current creator collaboration methods, identifying pain points, and aligning GRIN solutions with their goals for influencer marketing success. You are someone who will hit revenue milestones by selling our SaaS platform to brands. You will lead virtual sales presentations and live product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals, while holding yourself accountable to a sales process. We are hiring AEs at two levels of experience, AE2 and AE3.


What You'll Do:

  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities to add to your pipeline. 
  • Lead discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align GRIN solutions. 
  • Use GRIN's sales process to qualify and close deals.
  • Uncover and sell to both executive and user-level customer goals and pain points, while establishing GRIN as the best solution on the market (check out our G2 Ratings).
  • Use our world class tech stack (Salesforce, Groove, Clari, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for example) to manage your pipeline, forecast, and exceed targets.
  • Perform cost-benefit and need analyses of potential customers to meet their needs and demonstrate GRIN's value.
  • Developing and maintaining daily plans to maximize your time.
  • Utilize a consistent contact process by phone, gifting, and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads and close deals.
  • Reporting to one of our Sales Managers on a team AE’s.

What will you bring?

  • At least 1 year of selling experience in a quota carrying and closing capacity in the SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated history as a top performer - we love seeing quota achievement %'s on resumes!
  • A consultative selling approach and ability to present to groups with multiple stakeholders.
  • Your naturally inquisitive nature to dive deep into understanding how customers work with creators, their pain points, and their goals with using a platform like GRIN.
  • Experience customizing and tailoring presentations to SMB Companies. 
  • Exhibit the ability to condense complex information into simple language for the appropriate audience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace and Slack.

Account Executive 2 - base pay $75,000 - OTE $156,000
Account Executive 3 - base pay $95,000 - OTE $203,300

  • Your level (AE 2 or AE3) will be determined in the interview process and is based on type of experience and history of quota attainment

On-Target-Earnings is the total base pay plus commission that you'll earn in a one-year period.

GRIN is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience as it relates to the role.

$156,000—$203,300 USD
