creatorXchange organizes networks of creators, called Clippers, who distribute short-form clips across TikTok and Instagram for artists, labels, and brands. Over one billion views for the largest artists and brands in the world, including Sony Music, Columbia Records, and Atlantic Records, with over $1.2 million paid out to Clippers in the last year. Variety called it the viral marketing strategy taking over the music business.

Attention is the only thing a brand cannot manufacture. So they rent it.

They pay influencers. They pay Meta twenty-five dollars to reach a thousand people. They buy reach that vanishes the moment the invoice clears.

Meanwhile, tens of millions of creators produce attention every single day and are paid nothing for it. The creator economy made a few hundred people rich and left everybody else posting for free.

creatorXchange exists between those two facts.

We organize networks of creators, called Clippers, who distribute short-form clips across TikTok and Instagram for artists, labels, and brands. The clip performs. The Clipper gets paid. The artist gets real distribution instead of rented reach.

That is the company today. It is not the company we are building.

Every agency sells the same thing: its own capacity. Another dollar of revenue costs another person, another hour, another campaign run out of the same building. That ceiling exists at every agency on earth.

So we are walking away from it on purpose.

creatorXchange is becoming infrastructure. We license our systems and our creator network to independent operators who run the campaigns themselves. We are building the platform those campaigns run on. Revenue comes from volume moving across our rails, not from hours anyone here personally works.

Sixty thousand Clippers today. One million is the target.

This is a category being built in real time. Most people will read about it in two years.

THE ROLE

Certification is not the product. A producing operator is.

Anyone can sell a training program. The only number that matters is how many certified operators are closing real clients ninety days later. Every one who produces becomes the case study that brings in the next group. Every one who stalls is a person who trusted us and got nothing for it.

You decide which.

Not the curriculum. Not the sales page. What happens in the ninety days after somebody commits.

You run GridLocked, our operator certification community. You build the first ninety days. You spot the operator going quiet in week one instead of month three. You answer every recurring question exactly once and then write it down so it never gets asked again. You capture the wins and turn them into proof.

You are also landing a change mid-flight. Our first operators certify on the infrastructure we run today and get upgraded onto our own platform when it ships, right when they are trying to close their first client. Making that feel like the gift it is, rather than a disruption, is this role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have run a paid community where members were expected to produce results, not just show up.
  • You can tell us what percentage of them hit the outcome, and how you know.
  • You chase the quiet member, not the loud one.
  • You write documentation instead of repeating yourself. Your support volume goes down every month, on purpose.
  • You are comfortable telling an adult they are behind. You have done it, and they thanked you for it later.
  • You hold the line on camera with American business owners who paid real money and will push back. Your spoken and written English is excellent.
  • You have never once confused engagement with results.
