TrainBrain builds expert-authored training data and evaluations for AI labs. We're hiring practising professionals in three domains to write, solve, and grade the problems frontier models are measured against.
We're hiring domain specialists in:
- Finance & Accounting — accountants, financial analysts, controllers, auditors
- Software Engineering — working engineers across languages and problem domains
- Medicine & Healthcare — physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and clinical researchers
No AI background required. We train you on the tooling.
What you'd actually do
Every model that returns a broken function, a wrong reconciliation, or an unsafe clinical suggestion got there because no expert caught it during training. You'd be that expert.
- Write hard, realistic problems from your domain — the kind that sit right at the edge of what current models can handle
- Solve them yourself, so there's a verifiable correct answer
- Grade model attempts and explain precisely where the reasoning breaks down
- Refine tasks until both the difficulty and the gradability are right
This isn't your day job in a new wrapper. No clients, no month-end close, no tickets, no on-call. It's written work, on your own schedule.
What we look for
Deep hands-on experience in your field, excellent written English, and sharp attention to detail. Credentials help — CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, MD, MBBS, PharmD, RN, a CS degree — but demonstrated expertise counts more than any specific letters. Above all, we want people who show their work and are comfortable saying "I'm not sure, and here's why."
