This dispatch position works in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and requires excellent customer service skills, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- This position is Monday β Friday 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time
- Communicate with customers, quote rates, and provide up to date information regarding loads.
- Coordinate loading and unloading arrangements with drivers and customers.
- Input orders efficiently and accurately β attention to detail is crucial.
- Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers
- Vet new carrier partners; Review FMCSA ratings, confirm insurance
- Monitor driver progress from pick up to delivery
- Dispatch freight daily by phone and operating systems
- Willing to work weekends as needed (currently this is very rare)
