You’ve spent 5–7 years in product marketing at a high-growth company, ideally B2B SaaS or complex marketplaces.
You can explain technical or operational products in a way that feels simple and grounded. You’ve owned messaging and positioning end to end in close partnership with product, sales, and leadership. You’ve rewritten it when it didn’t work.
You’ve led go-to-market for real products, not just features. You know how to scope a launch, make tradeoffs, and ship. You care to measure impact post-launch.
You’re not precious about what “typical” PMMs look like. You like wearing different hats and can go beyond product marketing to engage contractors for events planning, or work with an agency to test some ads, when needed.
You’re comfortable going deep. Customer calls, sales calls, demos, win-loss. You look for signal, not anecdotes.
You’re hands-on. You write the first draft. You build the deck. You partner with design, but you don’t wait on them.
Bonus if you’ve worked in hospitality, travel, fintech, or vertical SaaS. Bigger bonus if you genuinely like hotels.
