2. A Technical Round

So we can evaluate your skills and if you suit the role.

3. Leadership interview

An interview with the agency owner and project manager where we will want to learn more about you and your experience.

4. Training & Probation Period

You'll be trained by members of our team closely, so you can do your job effectively. The first few weeks is crucial and will determine if the company and you will be a good fit in the long term future.
