Missive was born out of our own struggle.
It started with another business, Conference Badge, where it was just the three of us, supporting hundreds of customers.
We needed a way to collaborate behind the scenes and stay on top of customer requests, while being a place we’d enjoy living in — day in and day out.
The existing solutions weren’t cutting it. We didn’t want a separate app to segregate support from all our other emails, or a separate app for internal conversations about emails.
We wanted to keep work and internal collaboration in the inbox, because that’s where our clients were.
So we built Missive — An elegant and powerful inbox experience for our small team, where we could efficiently (and effectively) serve our customers.
Missive became our main focus, and 8 years later, we're serving 4000+ customers. We're here for the long run.
