This Is Not a Typical Customer Service Role

If you’re a strong closer who thrives on turning conversations into revenue, this role is for you.

We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative whose primary goal is simple: Convert as many inbound calls as possible into booked jobs—on the first call.

You’ll be the voice of our company and the driving force behind turning customer inquiries into scheduled appointments.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and guide customers to book services in real time
  • Take full ownership of each call—from inquiry to closed booking
  • Ask smart, targeted questions to quickly understand customer needs
  • Clearly relay our internal script for onsite estimates, using this as your tool to convert.
  • Overcome objections and confidently close
  • Schedule jobs accurately using CRM and dispatch software
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Follow up on missed opportunities to capture additional revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, call center sales, or high-conversion roles
  • Strong closing skills—you’re comfortable asking for the sale
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)
  • Driven by performance, metrics, and results

Bonus Points

  • Experience in home services, moving, or logistics
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or sales targets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25-$28/hr based on experience
