We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.
Are you qualified for this role?
- Are you a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS products?
- Do you have extensive experience in implementing new features and enhancements independently using React and Ruby on Rails, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in each?
- Have you consistently driven impactful results for customers and consistently delivered high-quality code that adheres to industry standards?
- Are you able to minimize bugs and streamline review processes in your coding practices?
- Can you successfully identify root causes of problems and resolve them promptly, all while maintaining proactive communication with internal stakeholders?

Expectations for your first 90 days:
- You become acquainted with the company, product, and codebase from the outset. By day 30, you are actively engaged in advancing your squad's projects.
- By day 60, you make significant contributions to the development process, delivering high-quality pull requests and reviews. You also start delivering substantial value to customers.
- Within your first 90 days, you demonstrate the ability to tackle full-stack tasks independently within the codebase. Additionally, you complete at least one cycle focused on delivering customer value, successfully resolving bugs, and addressing support tickets.
