Role Description

As a part of our community, teachers have the opportunity to conduct customized 1-on-1 classes online, providing a unique and tailored learning experience for students.

All necessary teaching materials are provided, eliminating the need for extensive lesson planning, and forget lengthy class reports, all so you can focus on what you do best – teaching! Each class is 25 minutes, yet you get paid for a full 30 minutes. You also get paid in full for student no-shows and classes canceled with less than 2 hours' notice. Qualifications

Must have at least two years of ESL or Pronunciation teaching experience
Must be able to utilize Skype Video Calls and have a stable internet connection with a minimum uploading speed of 5MB/s
Must have at least one of the following:
-Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics/English
-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
-Vocal related degree/certification

Pay Rate

We are an American company, we pay in USD.
When you start, the hourly rate is $16 per hour. Non-negotiable.
The rate goes up every 500 teaching hours by $1 until it reaches $25/h.
