(a) skill_indexes - The skills that apply to the listing. Array of Skill IDs. Ex: [1, 2, 3]

1. Addition of new optional parameters in create & update a job API.
(a) subcategory_id - The subcategory ID of the job. Must be a subcategory of the given category_id (currently only the Design category has subcategories)
(b) permanently_pinned - Pins the listing to the top of its category page indefinitely. Only valid when plan is best (or defaults to best); requests with any other plan are rejected with an error
(c) apply_paywall_exempt - Enables the Boost Applicants add-on, exempting job seekers from the apply paywall for this listing
