Our priority in finding and hiring the right candidate for YCBM is to maximise the diversity of the candidate pool and talent short list.

We do this by advertising on multiple platforms and using talent sourcers to find and develop relationships with candidates way ahead of us posting roles.

We use anonymous shortlisting techniques and other ways to allow candidates fair and equitable ways to demonstrate their skills and experience to multiple people in the company who may get a chance to interview you.
