Who We Are
WEO Media has over 10 years in the dental marketing space and is honored to be a 4x winner of Best of Class-Technology Award. WEO Media helps hundreds of dentists throughout North America acquire new patients, reactivate past patients, and better communicate with existing patients. We are a full service dental marketing agency and work with all dentists and specialists. 

Although we play in a "big pond" of marketing agencies, WEO Media still retains a small business feel. Our team members are often cross-functional, covering multiple roles and continuing to develop both process and product to support our clients. We believe deeply in the culture we have built; treating each other with respect and an outward mindset. Our values are centered around our team, and around doing our best for our clients in all situations.

Our company started as a fully remote team, and pivoted back to remote-first in 2020. We utilize Slack and camera-on Zoom calls to connect with our teams, collaborate on projects, and meet with clients.

Each new team member is invited to read "Leadership & Self Deception" by the Arbinger Institute, and understand how we can best work together when we view each other as people and not barriers or gateways to someone's personal success. We have an optional opportunity for employees to go through a year long cohort as a small group with Arbinger's Outward Mindset Online program.

Our Operations Division has team leads and managers working within their departments, holding bi-weekly or monthly 1:1s with each team member to understand roadblocks and help curate professional development opportunities.  

Resumes and application materials are screened on an ongoing basis from the time we open the job posting until we begin video interviews.

Once we have between 10-20 top candidates identified, we begin phone screening calls. You will receive an email invitation to set up a time to chat with HR and/or a department team lead. Calls usually last about 30 minutes.

After we have conducted our phone interviews, generally over the course of a week, we will begin scheduling video interviews on Zoom. These are with a panel of WEO Media team members (7-9 folks) and last between 60-90 minutes.

We typically book 1-2 weeks of video calls, and then will make offers and notify candidates that were not selected.

Time from application to selection can be anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months depending upon how many applications we receive and how long it takes to curate a list of qualified candidates to screen.
