What we're looking for:
VCRED is seeking talented engineers to build the next generation of DeFi. As a senior DeFi developer, you’ll help solve unique, highly complex problems and will report to the founder, and work with our designer, front-end/web3 developer to build scalable dapps making it accessible for retail users throughout the world.
We are looking for a senior frontend & web3 developer experienced in EVM chains such as Binance or Avalanche to scale our existing alpha. Experience in launching Dapps or being involved in token launch of DeFi projects, and ability to communicate effectively and mentor junior developers is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Ship, review high-quality and well-crafted code
- Liase with our designer, front end developer to help create engaging UX
- Report to founder, and achieve business requirements in short sprints
- Understand our existing frontend/contract codebase, and improve features
- Understand contracts from other repos, projects and build a pre-launch solution
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Experience in engineering, building and testing dapps used in real time by users.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Solidity, Javascript/Typescript, React, and Node.js
- Knowledge of Web3 and Ethereum Development Tools and Libraries, such as hardhat, wallet interfaces such as walletconnect
- Experienced with solidity programming demonstrated in the form of projects
- Experienced in building a production prototype with ability to work on audit issues
- Proficient in GIT, knowledge of pull request based workflows, and managing tickets via Trello or Jira
- English language proficiency
