As a small company, we like to keep things simple when it comes to hiring. You can expect an initial intro video call with our Director of Operations and our Director of Growth — a casual get-to-know-you conversation. Following that, if we're going to move forward, you'll meet with our CEO and another member of our Leadership team. If we're all aligned and feeling good, we'll make an offer pretty quickly!
