There are a few steps we take to vet freelancers before approving them into our community. Before continuing, you should be confident that your technical and communication skills are already at a high level. We only approve freelancers with at least 3 years of professional experience as developers or designers.

If this is you, here’s what you can expect from here:

1. Complete our application form so we can determine if you're a fit for our network.

2. Phone interview 1: A conversation in English with a soft skills evaluation expert on our recruitment team.

3. Phone interview 2: A technical conversation with a lead developer on our recruitment team.

4. Paid technical test to verify and confirm your technical and soft skills within a real project situation.

5. If approved, you're invited into the network and can expect to be matched with great companies within the first 2-4 weeks.
