The role is structured as a self-employment opportunity due to our location in Gibraltar, where only local residents can be employed directly. Rest assured, self-employment with us comes with numerous advantages. Your contract will provide you with the same level of benefits and competitive compensation as if you were an employee. Your monthly payment would include provisions for pension contributions and coverage of accountancy fees. We can also facilitate connections to trusted accountants well-versed in Gibraltarian tax regulations, ensuring that you have the necessary support to optimise your tax returns. This arrangement results in a higher net income for you.

Our recruitment Process:
Stage 1 - Your CV - To begin, we will carefully review your CV and your portfolio, exploring your professional background, interests, accolades, and suitability for our vacancy. 

Stage 2 - Skills Test - We will ask you to complete a practical test to better evaluate your skills along with a Personality test to better know you as a person.

Stage 3 - Meet the Team - You will meet our COO who will evaluate not only your skills but also your compatibility with our awesome team. If the COO feels like you could be a good match, he will then connect you to our developer team to chat through your skills and abilities.

Stage 4 - Background Checks - Getting here means we think you’re a great match, so we will initiate the necessary employment checks, including reference checks, criminal record checks, and, on occasion, fraud investigations. The we set your start date and welcome you to the PracticeHub Family.
