In-house: We embed through a POD system. We join standups, work in client's tools, and move on their timeline. The same team stays with the product as it evolves.

Remote: We're distributed (mostly across Canada) and flexible about where you work, as long as you cover PT and EST hours.

Offsites: We meet in person at least 2 times per year! These are good moments to get the team together, celebrate our accomplishments and align on a unified vision. Past locations:  Mont-Tremblant,  Tulum, Montreal, Toronto, Barcelona, Greece, Miami.

Growth investment: We cover courses, workshops, and other learning you want to pursue. Just bring it to your manager. We also run weekly Elevate sessions where the team sharpens design and thinking skills together.

Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Work with motion designers, illustrators, and other specialists. You'll expand your craft and find more opportunities for delight.
