🌺 Even though we are divided into teams, we work together and help each other where we can. There are no questions that cannot be asked. At least once a week, you’ll get a chance to ask our CEO anything you’d like to know. You are encouraged to share your ideas. Your voice will be heard.

In the first round of our hiring process, you will meet with a member of our People team or a hiring manager. We want to meet you and see whether there's a fit on both sides. We will only ask a couple of short questions and then leave the rest of the time for your questions. This call takes about 30 minutes.

The next stage is a Technical interview that takes 60 to 90 minutes. This is where we get to know more about your skills and the way you work.

Then, we will invite you to the final stage. This consists of two 30-minute calls—one about Culture and one with our CEO, Matt. You'll get a chance to know about the company firsthand and ask some final questions.
