We are a small group of top-shelf developers writing software to enable a digital-first manufacturing company based in Calgary. All of our developers work remotely from Europe and around North America. We are open to developers from other regions but you must be able to work our core hours (7am - 11am MST). You are free to work the rest of your day when it is convenient to you.
Falkbuilt the manufacturing company has over 400 employees and over 100 sales branches worldwide, but the development team is small and agile.
We’re sure there’s lots more to know about Falkbuilt, but we don’t have all the info at the moment.

- An introduction email with video links to get a better idea of what we are building. About 20 min time commitment to decide if you want to proceed.
- You choose the time for a 30 min interview with the head of software development. No HR. This discussion is recorded to be shared with the team.
- A short set of questions to be answered in writing.
- A one-hour technical interview. The first 30 mins you will answer technical questions. In the last 30 mins we want to see some code you have written that you are proud of. We want you to screen share and walk us through your code like a standard code review.
- The final step is an interview with Barrie Loberg our technical founder. In select cases we will bring you to Calgary for a face-to-face, but in others we will do this by video chat.
