We're serious about creating the space for us all to do the best work of our careers. Our vision and values are, obviously,
on the Wiki too but they're also shared here for convenience:
- Ellipsis is a world-class SEO Content agency that aims to be the very best at SEO Content in the world. Our dream client is Google, and they’re going to hire us.
- The SEO market is opaque, misleading, and secretive. Ellipsis is radically transparent about SEO methodology, process, and results.
- The Ellipsis team are experts who can be trusted. Ellipsis is a modern, remote, global company that provides its team with the support and space to do the best work of their careers. Ellipsis is aiming to become a B Corporation.
- SEO is continuously evolving, and so are we. Ellipsis embraces continuous improvement. We’re happy to learn and do so without ego – but we don’t overcomplicate.
- Ellipsis does world-class work that creates real value. This work is built on the pillars of expertise, technology, process, and reporting. Ellipsis delivers results you can see, so we love reporting our results.
- We ensure we deliver value. This sounds mundane, but we mean it. We ask this about everything we do. Much of the SEO industry is what you might unfairly characterise as “bullshit jobs”. If we bring in clicks without conversions, is that delivering value? If the content is un-insightful, is that delivering value? If we’re not working to our full potential, is that delivering value? These are the questions we ask and we’re open to the answer. We work from first principles rather than accepting something for how it has always been done.
