For Full Stack role:
1.  Conversation with our recruitment team - a recruitment professional from our team will get to know you, ask about your previous experience and assess the cultural fit with our company.
2.  Take-home coding challenge - you will be sent a challenge that requires you to implement a few small features using React and Node. Our engineers then evaluate whether the result exhibits technical expertise and attention to detail. 
3.  Final assessment - you will meet three additional future colleagues from our Engineering department. Your technical and personality fit will be assessed in a series of conversations and live coding tasks. 
4. At the end of the process, we typically make an offer within 24 hours.
