We are looking for a hard-working, self-starting, dedicated, and well-rounded experienced digital marketer with special knowledge and skills with Adwords and SEO (onsite and offsite)


We are a small team of 3 digital marketers and a great sales rep kicking butt and taking names as we faithfully provide value as the medium between business owners and the digital marketing world. We do a little bit of everything because we want to do anything to help businesses grow, but we heavily focus on SEO (technical), AdWords (and other PPC), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce (Shopify & Amazon Optimization) and other miscellaneous channels when needed. We are a bootstrapped, cash flow positive agency in a position to really take it to the next level.


  • No set schedule, work when you want, take off when you want, and work from home. We have a one-on-one stand up meeting once a week

  • You’ll have very little oversight as long as projects and deadlines are being met

  • Good overall SEO Knowledge and Experience

  • Deep experience with Google Search Console and Technical SEO

  • Phenomenal at AdWords

  • Great with copywriting (especially focused on Ads & Landing pages)

  • Have a proven recorded with high-level digital marketing knowledge and results, especially in Adwords and SEO

  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Ability to learn new skills and industries

  • Proven track record of planning and executing (with positive results) various marketing campaigns

  • Self-starter that can focus on implementing and executing day in and day out

  • You’re a hands-on type, you can do a lot of stuff alone, you learn from mistakes, and can work efficiently without constant nagging

  • You understand Wordpress like a machine


  • If you have graphic design skills

  • You know how to be a champ with Unbounce

  • If you have some coding knowledge

  • Experience with Amazon will give you an edge

  • Experience with Shopify will give you another edge

  • If you live in Arizona

  • If you like creating organizational structures, systems, and checklists

  • You know how to communicate value, especially communicating monetary value for digital marketing services

YOUR DUTIES (not a comprehensive list)

  • Systematizing SEO practices for websites along with execution of the practices

  • Managing specific clients social media presence (and focused on their growth)

  • You will do the keyword research to create an in-depth SEO and content plan for clients

  • You’ll be in charge of making sure all of the technical details (like Google Search Console, proper sitemaps,etc.) are covered, as well as ensuring that SEO best practices are in place for all clients’ website and content

  • You’ll be brainstorming, setting strategies, and executing them based on goals for clients

  • Expanding Rotate Digital presence and client list (this includes creating proposals, find new clients, and possibly attending conferences, only if desired.)

  • Expanding our marketing efforts (social / paid / SEO / etc) for all clients, including Rotate Digital

  • Management & oversight of all digital platforms (website, content, social media, PPC, SEO, e-commerce)  ensuring the success of our business objectives

  • You’ll do a lot, with varying tasks with different digital platform (Facebook Ads, Wordpress, Unbounce, etc.) and if you don’t know it, you would be willing to learn. A good portion of focus will be on SEO, Adwords, and Facebook (growth, content, management, ads)

This person should have the ability to work solo at home with little oversight to reach goals and projects for clients. Someone who is happy with evaluation, critique, and can make things happen. Someone who doesn’t mind doing some of the hard dirty work like creating digestible monthly growth reports for clients to get things done.

This role is more than a “freelancer mentality” job but is not needing the dedication of a 40-50+ hour work week.

A 1-month trial period happens to make sure you are a good fit for and to make sure we are a good fit for you. Estimated starting hours per week during the trial will be 15-20 per week with increase afterward. All of our positions are subcontractor positions, not an employee.
