We are looking for a key member of our operations team, an operations implementation team member. In this position, you will be responsible for executing and implementing operations tasks in support of our programs, events and marketing.
The operations team member is an implementation role that handles the tasks surrounding the creation, delivery, maintenance, and support of our operations, programs, and events. This team member must keep our mission front and center while executing the day-to-day tasks that keep our systems and processes moving forward in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner.
The operations team member will work with the Operations Team to standardize processes and procedures to ensure scalability.
This means executing within the daily operations, communicating bottle-necks and holes in processes so they can be repaired, communicating with all team members, an ensuring that there are clear pathways to results.
Assist Project Managers with all work flow to keep things moving forward so nothing gets dropped.
Implement and execute on all operations tasks that need to get done to support our delivery of programs and events.
Creating, editing, proofreading documents.
Navigating calendars, call schedules, timelines, and project plans.
Following up on outstanding issues with vendors, suppliers, and event sites.
Assisting with product, site, and logistical research.
Communicating and answering questions for team members.
Updating and maintaining SOPs and assisting in the creation and maintenance of our online learning base.
Work hand in hand with the project managers daily, to ensure that nothing gets missed and remove any blocks so that things can keep moving forward.

An expert in creating and maintaining systems and processes to improve efficiencies, fill holes and catch what got missed so it doesn’t happen again.
Able to adapt quickly and explore new frontiers, as well as being able to see new opportunities
Able to organize and execute on multiple operations tasks simultaneously
Strong background in executing and getting things done that you’ve not done before, as you will be faced with juggling many tasks and solving challenges every single day

Keep the Project Management tool moving smoothly and keep it organized.
Keep SOPs updated and create new ones where SOPs don’t exist yet.

Take stuff off of the plates of the owners and project managers to keep them moving forward
If a project is stuck or tasks are not getting done, remove the log-jam and keep things moving forward

At least 2 years’ experience in operations and implementation
Excellent skills in at least one of the major project management software platforms (we use Asana)
Technology maven (you do awesome with your tech and easily pick up new tech)
You take 100% personal responsibility for your life and your outcomes
Do “whatever it takes” attitude
Compensation: This full time position has a salary of $33,000 per year.
Remote: This is a remote position, which allows you to work from anywhere.
