Join our collaborative Talent Acquisition Team in Munich, Germany, as an Active Sourcer / Recruiter!

Your tasks

  • Build and cultivate talent pipelines and pools to fill current and future needs
  • Understand business needs and work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to determine position requirements
  • Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates through internet research, social media, like LinkedIn, and general research
  • Source for high-quality candidates from employee referrals and internal databases
  • Plan, coordinate and attend network-events, fairs as well as off- or -on-line sourcing campaigns to engage with potential high-quality candidates
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities with recruiters, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers
  • Collect and manage data for reporting and regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Design new strategies how to recruit actively, diverse, and more purposefully

 
Your profile

  • “Hands-on” professional sourcing experience gained in a search firm or a similar position in Talent Acquisition / HR Management, preferably in an international environment
  • Recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines, and general technical hiring
  • Experience working with and building talent sourcing strategies with hiring managers
  • Strong affinity for dealing with social media and networks
  • Confidence in using common recruiting tools and creative search techniques to approach passive candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is desirable
  • Strong team player with an international mindset and a communicative, interactive working style
  • Positive mindset, dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for candidates and employees
  • Strong service orientation and tact in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional work ethic coupled with rapid comprehension and a sense of humor
  • BSc in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment or Human Resources Management or relevant field
