This role requires someone who has a passion for media and advertising, is eager to grow and learn, and has an unparalleled attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing our clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns through the post-sales cycle, and will be our liaison between publishers and our sales team.

We’re looking for the perfect person who can define—and refine—the practices and processes around our clients’ marketing campaigns. Clever thinking, an ability to learn and take direction, and a persistent positive attitude are more important than experience.

About the role:

  • Assist the sales team in executing and managing publisher campaigns.
  • Oversee the entire ad execution process and respond to any questions or issues from our clients.
  • Keep tabs on all campaigns and engage with clients that become unresponsive or delayed. It’s imperative that our campaigns are executed expediently.
  • Obtain and approve campaign collateral from our clients. Resolve errors.
  • Verify all ads to ensure proper tracking is implemented.
  • Manage, track and report all campaign activity. Iterate and improve accordingly.
  • Identify new feature requests and opportunities. You will be responsible for relaying these to the internal team, as communicating platform updates to our clients.

  • has some experience in B2B sales, sales development, or business development.
  • is a great communicator, writer, and problem solver. Has passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications.
  • has a bias towards immediate action and results.
  • enjoys working independently with minimal supervision.
  • at minimum, has a basic knowledge of web technologies and marketing software.
  • is excited by working on a small, collaborative, innovative team and recognizes that success for any product is ultimately measured by the success of its customers.
  • is well organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • has the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, all while exuding positive vibes.
