Support Engineer (50-60%)
 
 
Your playing field @Lifestage:
  • Help internal and external customers achieve their goals through bulk data manipulation
  • Improve our product quality by investigating and fixing product issues
  • Provide technical advice to our customers directly
  • Extract relevant data from the system to help make informed business decisions

What you bring along:
  • You’re comfortable with functional programming, Git, Javascript, DynamoDB, S3, the command line and development environments
  • A good understanding of the business impact of data analytics
  • You can translate complex ideas into precise and easy-to-understand insights
  • You like to communicate and love transparency, openness and asking questions
  • Very good English skills (written and oral), fluent German skills
