We are a fast-paced healthcare startup, revolutionizing the Swiss home care market. We strongly believe that an intuitive and consistent design is central to the success of our products and to user’s satisfaction.

We are looking for a motivated, easy-going and collaborative UX/UI designer to be part of our design team. Your role will be key in translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile for projects in the healthcare IT sector.

You will be working mainly in Figma, closely collaborating with the rest of the design team to create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity visuals, prototypes and all kinds of assets or specs that could be needed to ensure the quality of the final design. You’ll also be in direct contact with the engineering team to ensure that design decisions are clearly communicated and translated into the frontend specifications.

Collaboration is key for us: we are looking for someone who will be able to discuss different design approaches and concepts and will strive for the best possible solution, not the easiest one.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in designing both UX and UI for complex enterprise apps, both on web and mobile
  • Ability in the entire design process and product lifecycle
  • Strong focus on team play and collaboration
  • Experience working in Figma
  • Portfolio of recent works (Please provide link)

Considered a plus:
  • Experience in healthcare IT projects
  • Illustration skills

Note: Although this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates that have regular 2-4h overlap between 9am to 7pm CET for team calls.

How we will proceed:

If we think you could be a good fit to the team, we will ask you to conduct a short design sprint during the interview. We believe that seeing how you think and work will speak for itself.
