To accelerate our ongoing Open Source initiatives and our expansion to the EU, we’re looking for a developer advocate with a strong technical background to strengthen one of our end-to-end engineering teams. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with our partner community, produce high-quality content to streamline our developer experience, and drive open-sourcing our Middleware.

As a member of our end-to-end team for POS system creators, you‘ll work on improving and promoting our core product, the fiskaltrust.Middleware, and it’s related ecosystem. Together with your experienced colleagues, you will create content and facilitate events targeting our partner community, and overall aim to create a perfect developer experience for all our users. As a true specialist for our products, you‘ll create compelling presentations, product demos, blogs, docs and prototypes, and be the go-to person for questions about these products. As a member of an end-to-end team, you‘ll work closely with the developers of our Middleware, and be crucially involved into shaping its features and future roadmap.

Your typical work tasks include
  • Creating content for our development partner network, e.g. blog posts, videos, documentation articles, product demos and newsletters, and distributing these resources via different channels
  • Facilitating events, either remotely or (after the pandemic) live to engage our partners to contribute to our ecosystem
  • Strengthening the community by helping partners implementing our products, either directly or via the GitHub community
  • Shaping our Open Source identity by refining our online presence, e.g. by creating texts and visuals and improving the overall structure

What we expect
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with solid technical experience
  • High quality awareness and an eye for details
  • A constant learner who wants to grow and improve
  • A high level of responsibility, ownership and accountability
  • Ideally, experience with GitHub and Open Source software

What we offer
  • The possibility to work 100% remotely
  • A high level of freedom, trust and responsibility
  • An organization that values professional growth and creativity
  • The possibility to shape a small, rapidly growing business
  • International & diverse teams with great colleagues and a fun work environment
  • A safe space to develop new ideas
  • An environment that strives for technical excellence
  • Modern office spaces in Salzburg, Vienna and Düsseldorf (for optional use)
