The Position
Our customers need help getting started with our service. Your role will be to guide a customer from sign-up to the moment of “first success” with our system.

Your ability to help someone get up and running quickly can easily make the difference between an agent logging in once and never coming back versus that agent turning into a loyal and satisfied customer.

What You Will Do
Part of your day will be running onboarding sessions with new customers via You will guide each customer through their account setup, offering advice and answering questions along the way.

Our customers are not tech-savvy and your ability to give them an easy, enjoyable experience will set the tone for a long and happy relationship with our company.

The rest of your day will include responding to support tickets via live chat (Intercom) and email (Zendesk).

Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience handling customer support in a technical position.
  • Google Suite: GMail, Docs, & Sheets
  • Outlook
  • Zapier
  • Ticketing Systems: ZenDesk, Intercom
  • Windows & MacOS

  • You are patient and passionate about helping people in a friendly way.
  • You sound confident, positive, upbeat, and welcoming when talking with people.
  • Empathy is your middle name. (Bonus points if it’s literally your middle name!)
  • You are a clear communicator.
  • You are tech-savvy, comfortable solving technical issues, thinking on your feet, and teaching yourself with our resources and Google when necessary.
  • You are a self-starter, motivated, and work well by yourself. This is a fully remote position where you will have the freedom to handle your own time and the discipline to keep customer priorities in order.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate Industry is highly desirable.
