As a Remote Relations Manager, you'll be pivotal in our daily operations, handling tenant issues, landlord communications, and property repairs. If you're tech-savvy, fluent in Spanish and English, and have prior property management experience, apply now and be part of our growing team!
About the Role:
This remote, full-time property management position involves handling a significant volume of emails and calls daily. Although remote, our team fosters a supportive environment. Candidates must reside in select US states or Pakistan.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Resolving tenant issues promptly 
  • Keeping landlords informed about property status 
  • Addressing inquiries for active listings via email, phone, and text 
  • Assisting with new owner onboarding 
  • Coordinating property maintenance tasks 
  • Explaining our process to potential owner leads 
  • Arranging photographer schedules 
  • Crafting compelling listing descriptions 
  • Meeting predefined performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Fulfilling additional duties as assigned 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively 
  • Proficiency in English (C2 level written and verbal) 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment 
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills, with adaptability in tone and clarity 
  • Tech-savviness, including software troubleshooting and VOIP familiarity 
  • Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • RE Salesperson License 
  • Previous experience in high-volume sales, customer service, or helpdesk roles 
  • CS or CIT degree 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English 
  • Background in Real Estate and property management 
  • Prior remote work experience 
  • Familiarity with Front (Email Management Tool) 
Physical Requirements:  
Extended periods of desk work and computer usage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • 95% call answer rate 
  • Minimum 7 hours logged into phones per 8-hour shift 
  • Average of 70 email replies per shift (1,400/month) 
Position Schedule:
Preference for candidates available during:
Wednesday - Sunday 1 PM-10 PM Pacific Time
OR Friday - Tuesday 1 PM-10 PM Pacific Time
