We are seeking a Database Manager to work in with all CSL departments in managing the Salesforce
database and FormAssembly
registration systems, as well as developing and implementing new processes based on department need.
The primary goal of this position is to work closely with each department to develop and implement systems and strategies to support the technological needs of the organization while maintaining excellent customer experiences in the field. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain current database (Salesforce) and registration (FormAssembly) systems. Make updates to each as necessary, based on platform updates, system changes or yearly processes. Understand the individual database needs of each CSL department to develop and implement processes and systems as the needs of each department evolve and technologies improve. Coordinate database needs across all CSL departments to create cohesive policies and procedures for data management. Troubleshoot system errors and provide detailed customer support. Create/develop new registration systems and forms based on organization offerings. Support the organization during the Annual Reporting process, delegate selection, elections and voting. Maintain the Salesforce Community instance with regular updates and customer support. Document processes and provide training as necessary on new systems or for new employees. Support mass communications and marketing for the organization.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Three years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred) Comprehension of basic Salesforce integration with applications such as Apsona, FormAssembly, Mailchimp, etc. Expert experience with FormAssembly or similar platforms High attention to detail and ability to retain and use details across platforms and departments Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret technological needs based on concepts or ideas Ability to multitask and focus on different projects at once Ability to be flexible in meeting the needs as outlined in "Principal Duties and Responsibilities" above Ability to prioritize the needs of the organization and communicate impact with department directorsCenters for Spiritual Living is a growing, international organization with offices in Genesee Park overlooking Golden, Colorado. This position is remote, although office space is allocated at the CSL Home Office in Golden should that be preferred. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
