The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Partnership Development Associate to spearhead our efforts in acquiring and retaining small CPG brand partners. This role is a blend of sales, relationship management, and customer success. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for building lasting partnerships and ensuring satisfaction among our valued brand collaborators. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are motivated by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and engage prospective small CPG brands to join the TasteNetwork.io platform.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct outbound outreach and nurture inbound leads through effective communication.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Understand each brand's unique goals and provide tailored solutions to maximize their success on the platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and strategies to help brands achieve sustainable growth.
Partner Retention and Satisfaction:
- Regularly check in with partners to ensure their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable feedback to optimize outcomes.
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Insights and Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather partner feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine the TasteNetwork.io platform and offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven success or achievement in sales or business development within the CPG or e-commerce space.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and analytics tools to track and optimize partner performance.
