The Job
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. You will also lead and mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical and product discussions. We iterate daily and have a fast feedback loop. You'll grow to own a part of the product.
You
- You are an accomplished full stack developer, with experience in Ruby on Rails and React.
- You have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and performant services and systems.
- You are detail-oriented but also understand the importance of opportunity costs, and are willing to reprioritize.
- You are excited to be part of a scrappy, early team that is building something transformative.
What you will need to succeed
- Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud computing platforms.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You want to be part of a scrappy, early team who is building something transformative.
Bonus Expertise
- Experience with CRM integrations like Salesforce/Hubspot
- You've worked with email APIs like Microsoft exchange and Gmail
- Experience with ElasticSearch
- Experience with mobile development, and DevOps is a plus.
- Experience building/maintaining chrome extensions a big plus
