- Responsible for sales and retention with focus on individual Agents, Teams, and Broker accounts.
- Meet and or exceed daily and monthly goals by upgrading, cross selling, & on-boarding member accounts while providing training and product assistance.
- Utilize online administrative & CRM tools to manage and track accounts, monthly sales books, and lead management.
- Deliver presentations via webinar software to promote products to real estate agents & brokers.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, & in-app chat.
- Previous B2B sales & customer service experience.
- You have a home office and prior experience working remotely.
- Available to work Pacific USA time zone.
- Technically inclined, able to pick up new things quickly: we use a lot of web-based services (including, but not limited to: Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Basecamp, GoToWebinar, SalesForce, Infusionsoft).
- Great self management skills.
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
