About the job

  • Support development teams to expand our Energy Analytics and Engagement Platform
  • Assess the business and technical implications of key application technology alternatives
  • Implement, test and maintain components of our products
  • Participate in technical project sessions with product owners, project managers and clients
  • Ensure quality, stability and scalability of our products and infrastructure
  • Design, implement and optimize data flows from enterprise systems all the way to our Dashboards
  • Research and prototype new technologies

About you

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Degree in computer science and 3+ years of experience in building advanced analytics software
  • Experience in  our analytics and application languages (R, sql, php)
  • Experience with our server, persistence and integration technologies (Nginx, Apache, MySQL, Hadoop, REST, WSO2, Pentaho)
  • Experience with most of our infrastructure and DevOps technologies (Debian, Ansible, Sophos)
  • Bonus: Experience in our frontend technologies and products (Qlik Sense, Dojo, iOS, Android)
  • Excited about the mixture of coding, managing infrastructure and working with data
  • Interested in energy, data analytics and behavioural economics
  • Work most of the time in a timezone that is not to different to the Zurich one (CET)
