As a completely remote company, we make sure our team feels connected and empowered to accomplish our goals both individually and as a company.

With quick check-ins and "water-cooler" time to get to know each other, we are able to stay connected and deliver outstanding products to our customers.

All applicants start with a quick 15-minute phone call with the co-founder leading up the position hire to make sure this is a good fit for everyone.

After that, we have a 30-minute Zoom with the same co-founder to make sure we're all on the same page while also answering more of your questions about why this is an amazing job!

Finally, we'll do a 45-minute Zoom call with both co-founders and one of your future teammates.  

We don't drag our feet when we hire so all of these meetings are scheduled quickly between each stage.
