The hiring process usually consists of just two steps:
1. Introductory call, where we cover basics of what the position is about, our expectations, candidate's relevant experience and motivation.
2. Tech-focused call with one or two developers, where we'll try to assess your technical expertise and how you approach different problems.

If we're happy with a candidate after that, we go straight to offer.
