We believe that being outdoors and exploring the world around you is amazing for your mental and physical wellbeing, and we're on a mission to get everyone exploring the outdoors and living a healthy and active life.
Relive is an app used by more than 15 million people to track and share their outdoor adventures.
Whether we’re exploring new roads, catching up with friends, or training for our next big adventure; we all share a passion for the outdoors. Relive was founded in early 2016 by three friends. Today, we're a young and fast-growing team of 50+ people - making Relive the biggest outdoors community!
We believe working at Relive should, just like our product, help you lead a healthy and happy life. It's important to be able to work flexibly - where you work, when you work. Being able to head out for a run to clear your head, or being able to work from nature for a few weeks per year. How much time you spend in front of your keyboard isn't what matters.
Remote first 💪It's up to you where and when you want to work. All our rituals and teams are designed for remote working. You can work in any country in the +/- 1 hour CET time zone range. Like to have a change of scenery? You can work from any co-working space or you can drop by our office in Rotterdam.
Semi-structured. There are normally 5 steps, but it can change if we feel we need more or less information to make a decision.
The process is:
1 - Questionnaire. We'll send you over a quick questionnaire to complete. We ask you to explain a few details about your current role, and to share an example of something you've worked on lately. We use this as the starting point for the next steps to help avoid you repeating the same story about your background and what you've worked on at each step of the process.
2 - First chat. Next up you'll chat with one of our recruiters to see if you'll be a fit for Relive and if we'll be a fit for you. Normally this is 30mins.
3 - Challenge. You'll be sent a challenge that should take a few hours to complete. We use this to get a better picture of your skills and how you deal with similar problems that you'll face at Relive.
4 - Skills interview. You'll have a chat with 2 of the team, normally a product manager and a either a product analyst or designer. They will discuss your challenge and dive deeper into your experience to understand your strengths and weaknesses. They can also give you a lot of information about our teams and our way of working. Normally this is 60mins.
5 - Fit interview. You'll talk with our head of product (Lee) to see if you'll be a fit both in terms of skills; and your interests and fit with our culture. Normally this is 90mins.
