We are a small group of individuals across the world focused on building the best language learning tools.  We operate completely in slack and coordinate our tasks using tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.  When we hire, we look for positive individuals who are looking to make impactful products to enable people.  We look for compassion and the willingness to help each other.  We love people who want to grow in their skillset and we actively invest in our education when it comes to new tools and practices.

We look to hire great people from around the world.  For our team members outside of the United States, we use Deel to define our employment contract.  We hire full-time employees, not contractors.  We want to support you so we can get the best from you.  For US based employees, we use Justworks to manage our human resources needs.  We are in the process of bringing on a full health benefits package and only need a couple more individuals to bring us to the minimum team size needed to begin.  Otherwise, we will assist financially in covering your insurance costs on the private market.
