About us

Our mission is to improve user experience for all in our daily life.
Specialized in user research, we help companies with their user experience optimization. We do by gathering and analyzing feedback from real end users, thanks to a combination of crowdtesting and consultancy.

Founded by alumnis from Coca-Cola and BlaBlaCar, we’re preparing for a new chapter by bringing our customers new UX services covering all of their user listening needs.

Within 7 years, we have built strong relationships with leading companies such as Air France, Auchan, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Engie, FNAC Darty, Leroy Merlin, L’Oréal, LVMH and many others.

Today, we are 20 collaborators spread out in France, Portugal, and Brazil.  We all work remotely, but love to spend time together each time we have the opportunity to do so (during retreats for example).

Our culture

We are a liberated company. We have no managers and a very organic organization.  For example, this means that experts make the final decision, not managers. It also means that, if you have an idea, we encourage you to explore it and take initiatives. Honestly, we are still discovering today all the benefits and challenges working as a liberated company implies, but we find the ride extremely motivating and enriching.
