Step 1:  Applicants are asked to apply via CourseStorm's Workable site: https://apply.workable.com/coursestorm/

You will be asked to provide your resume, a cover letter, and answer a few brief questions.

Step 2: The applications will be reviewed by the hiring manager and qualified candidates will be asked to answer some additions questions to give a better sense of who you are as a person and the kind of company you wish to work for.

Step 3: Potential candidates will be contacted for an initial interview with the hiring manager.

Step 4: The top candidates will be contacted for a second and potentially third interview with the hiring manager and any other appropriate personnel.

Step 5: An offer letter will be sent to the top candidate, and any negotiations will be discussed.

Step 6: Once the offer letter is signed, the onboarding begins! 

Any other applicants who have not yet been contacted will be sent notice that the position has been filled. Any promising candidates who are not hired will have their information kept on file, and may be referred to other resources, training, etc.
