We think being able to recharge, get perspective, and unplug is super important. Even though we’re a startup, there’s no expectation to be plugged in and working non-stop. Rather, we view things as a rubber band - sometimes there will be weeks where everyone is working very hard and long hours towards a big goal, product launch, etc - but other weeks will be less intense/busy, and we encourage our team members to take breaks during these less busy periods.

2. RESUME REVIEW: Resume will be reviewed by recruiter / hiring manager. We try to respond to applications within 2-3 weeks, but due to the high number of applicants we cannot guarantee a response if your application is rejected.
3. 1ST ZOOM INTERVIEW [Background/Experience]: After the initial resume screen, qualified candidates will move forward to a 1st Zoom meeting with our Engineering Manager (30 mins)
4. HACKERRANK TEST [Take Home Skills Assessment]: Candidates will complete a take home exercise, which typically takes about 90 minutes to complete. You choose a day for us to send the test, and you will need to complete the test within 24 hours of receiving it (90 mins)
5. 2ND ZOOM INTERVIEW [Culture]: Candidates will meet with our Staff Researcher & CEO (30 mins)
6. DESIGN SESSION [Live System Design Team Interview]: Candidates will meet with the team for a live system design session via HackerRank (1 hr)
7. FINAL ZOOM INTERVIEW [Culture]: Candidates will meet with the Engineering team & CEO (45 mins)
